On all business broadband products we offer an unlimited usage policy, which ensures that businesses don't get unnecessary additional costs added onto their account at the end of each month. We appreciate that our customers manage their Internet own usage within their own business and this is why we offer our broadband on an unlimited basis. However if in the unlikely event we feel that you are not using the service fairly we may decide to take further action which could result in the suspension of your service. It is important to be aware that each fair usage case which warrants further investigation would be looked at on a case by case basis.
Business broadband products must not be used for file sharing applications.
